Now Active in Wales
Track feeds, sleep cycles, and milestones from conception to toddlerhood. An ad-free sanctuary for sleep-deprived parents.
The name Tylu is a modern derivation of the Welsh word "Teulu", meaning family. Founded with a mission to simplify the overwhelming "data admin" of early parenting, Tylu was built to be progressive. Unlike other trackers that stop at the newborn stage, Tylu grows with your child, adapting from the first scan to the first day of school.
Log breastfeeding or formula amounts with one tap. Track winding patterns to identify tummy sensitivities before they become a problem.
Track sleep sessions and use the built-in sound machine — choose from white noise, waves, birdsong, and more to help your little one drift off.
Log wet and dirty nappies with optional notes. Spot hydration and digestive patterns at a glance and share records with your health visitor.
Record your child's weight over time and visualise their growth journey. Perfect for keeping on top of weigh-in appointments.
Register your formula container and Tylu automatically deducts with every feed. Get a low-stock alert so you never run out at 2am.
Every feed, nap, nappy, and weigh-in lives in a searchable, filterable timeline. View by child, category, or date to see the full picture.
Visual summaries of feeding volumes, sleep durations, and nappy frequency over 7-day, 30-day, or custom periods. Spot trends instantly.
Invite your partner or another carer to your family group. Both accounts share the same data in real time — perfect for shift-swapping parents.
Receive service alerts, safety notices, and exclusive discount codes from family brands — all in one notification centre inside the app.
No more doom-scrolling through unverified forums. Tylu surfaces trusted NHS health content directly inside the app — freely accessible whenever you need it, and intelligently recommended when your tracking data highlights something worth reading.
When Tylu spots a trend — like several below-average winding sessions — it can recommend the right NHS article to help. No searching, no guesswork, just timely guidance from a trusted source.
All sensitive information — including names, emails, and photos — is encrypted. While we decrypt this data within the app for your personal use, it is never sent externally in an identifiable format.
Tylu is free because we generate revenue in two ways: by providing anonymised, aggregate trend reports to approved partners such as baby product brands and academic researchers, and through affiliate offers within the app. Aggregate reports contain only statistical insights (e.g., average feeding volumes by age group) — never anything that could identify you or your child.
We will never work with insurance, pharmaceutical, or legal firms. Our data partnerships are limited to family-focused brands and academic or public health researchers. Offers in the app contain discount codes and links to third-party stores — if you choose to purchase through them, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.
Tylu is a monitoring and tracking tool. The information provided, including content from the NHS, is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read on this platform.
